At the start of these courses you will be required to swear to be loyal to the oath of omertà (code of silence). You will leave a “made” man or woman (or whatever pro-noun you choose) of the ROCKSTOCK DELI SALAMI MAFIA.
The course excludes the cost of take home product but these are available as tick a box options so you can take as much or as little of each product as you like. Make sure you have somewhere set up to hang them to sure - see our Facebook page for what you need.
The course is run over Friday and Saturday evenings starting at 430PM and will run for about 3-4 hours each night and the cost includes both nights per person.
Rockstock Deli grazing platters included each night to keep your energy levels up and compliment your beverage.
The course will be run at our shop in Jindabyne, upper level Nuggets Crossing, opposite the post office.
