Learn how to make authentic snags with minimal flash gear. Natural casings, meat, salt and spices. No commercial fillers. Great way to turn those pesky deer into something delicious that even the kids will eat. You’ll take home a couple of kilos of snags at the end of the night after getting hands on. if you want extras, they are available as a tick a box below.
The course is run on Saturday evening starting at 430PM and will run for about 3-4 hours and the cost is per person.
